Ingredients
Blazin' Bulleit
  • 1 bottle Smirnoff Ice Screw Driver
  • 3 oz Bulleit bourbon
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz peach simple syrup (see recipe below)
  • Ice
Peach Simple Syrup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
Directions
To make your peach simple syrup:
  1. Combine sugar and water in pot and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced peaches and stir well.
  3. Continue stirring until sugar mixture is clear.
  4. Crush peaches when soft to release more flavor into the syrup.
  5. Turn stove off and allow peaches to steep in your syrup for 15-20 minutes
  6. Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature.
  7. Strain peaches from the syrup.
  8. Pour syrup into a bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
To make your Blazin' Bulleit
  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour bourbon, lemon juice, and peach simple syrup into your shaker, and shake well.
  3. Strain mixture into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top off with half your Smirnoff ice
