Pineapple Whiskey Sour

Yields: 1 drink
- 1-1/2 oz whiskey (I used Seagrams 7)
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp pineapple jam
- Lemon wheels (optional, for garnish)
- Pineapple wedges (optional, for garnish)
- Add whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice, and jam to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously, then pour contents into an old fashioned glass filled with a ice (or a big ice sphere like I used).
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and/or pineapple wedge.
- Enjoy!
