Rosemary Greyhound Cocktail

Yields: 1 cocktail
- 3 oz grapefruit juice
- 1-1/2 oz gin
- ½ oz rosemary simple syrup
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Combine sugar and water in a pot over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer and swirl the content of the pot around until translucent.
- Turn stove off, and add your rosemary to the syrup.
- Allow mixture to steep for 20-30 minutes.
- Pour rosemary simple syrup into a seal-able bottle or container.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Combine grapefruit juice, gin, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain/pour into a glass filled with ice. (If you don't have a shaker, just pour all the ingredients into a glass with ice, and stir.)
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
- Enjoy!
