Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Becherovka (A Czech liquor that can be found at most specialty liquor stores)
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. clover honey syrup (Heat 1 cup clover honey and 1 cup water in a pot on low until honey is no longer thick/viscous, and you have a thin syrup...allow to cool, then use what you need for your cocktail(s), and store the rest in a sealable jar/bottle.)
Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in ice-filled shaker.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain cocktail into a clean glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel/twist.
  5. Enjoy!
