Ingredients
Angostura Sugar Cubes
  • 1 cup superfine sugar
  • 1 tbsp Angostura bitters
Champagne Cocktail
  • 1 homemade Angostura sugar cube
  • Champagne
  • Lemon peel (for garnish)
Directions
To make your sugar cubes:
  1. Combine sugar and bitters in a bowl and stir until liquid is evenly distributed.
  2. Press into mini ice cube molds, packing it down as much as possible.
  3. Let the molds sit out overnight to dry and harden.
  4. Once set, pop the cubes out of the mold.
  5. Store in an airtight jar/container.
To make your champagne cocktail:
  1. Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute.
  2. Top with champagne, then garnish with the twist of lemon.
  3. Enjoy!
